Speaker: Steve Raye, Associate Director, Linesight

Steve Raye is an Associate Director at Linesight Singapore and is currently involved as a Global Commercial Manager providing commercial assurance and strategy for a technology client’s portfolio of projects.

Prior to moving to Singapore, Steve worked for Europe’s largest real estate developer where he gained experience across several countries and multiple sectors. He is a Civil Engineering graduate and Chartered Surveyor with consultancy, contractor, and developer experience at both privately backed and listed global organizations.

Steve is a member of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), provides insights around industry trends, such as commodity reports, modular construction and technical expertise required in data centres, and is a regular speaker at industry events.
