With a Bachelor of Psychology (Behavioural Sciences) and Masters of Business, Human Resources Management and Services from the Queensland University of Technology, he has over 8 years of international recruitment experience within the Energy and Infrastructure sectors. he is passionate about growing high performance teams from the ground up, living by the mantra that "if you are good enough, you are old enough".

Over the last 5 years with NextWave Partners he has been fortunate enough to work with a number of super stars who have grown their core Energy and Technology businesses globally resulting in office set-ups in Singapore, New York, London, Brisbane / Gold Coast, Ho Chi Minh City, Taipei and Tokyo.

His business partner, Alex, and him has a keen eye for spotting talents and allowing their potential to be unlocked. With that, they have built an incredibly successful business in NextWave.
