With a Bachelor of Arts in Entrepreneurship and over 10 years recruitment experience in the Energy and Technology Industries; Alex is the Co-Founder and Director in NextWave Partners which is an Energy & Infrastructure Recruitment Company in addition to NextWave Ventures which invests in high potential Recruitment and HR businesses. 

Alex believes that high growth businesses are driven by hiring, developing and enabling great people through providing a blend of support and the space to achieve their full potential.

Alex has a great talent for unlocking the potential of talents. Since starting 5 years ago Alex, together with Adam, has worked alongside some of the most talented and ambitious recruitment professionals out there and support many to grow from individual contributors to outstanding leaders who have enabled the business to expand globally with offices in Singapore, New York, London, Brisbane / Gold Coast, Ho Chi Minh City, Taipei and Tokyo.

Alex, with Adam, also set up NextWave Ventures to support and nurture high performers on route to achieving audacious goals.  Alex is passionate about working with individuals and businesses that have a vision, strong work ethic and desire to push boundaries.
