We are currently representing a leading private equity real estate firm in Asia, with a strong focus on Korea. We are seeking an experienced Senior Asset Manager to join our Portfolio & Asset Management team.

As a Senior Asset Manager, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing customer satisfaction for our Korean portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Portfolio & Asset Management team to develop and implement strategies that drive revenue growth, reduce costs, and enhance customer experience.
- Oversee lease management, including negotiation and execution of leases, property tax, credit control, and other related matters.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with tenants, customers, and stakeholders to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify opportunities for asset enhancement and initiate projects to improve returns on investment.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform asset management strategies.
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure optimal financial performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including investment, development, and property management to ensure alignment and effective execution of asset management strategies.

Key Requirements:
- Degree in Business, Finance, Estate Management, or related field.
- 7-10 years of experience in asset management, lease management, marketing, property management, or customer relationship management, preferably in Korea.
- Strong understanding of the Korean real estate market, including market trends, regulatory requirements, and customer needs.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with fluency in English and Korean.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
