Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team to manage building operations, including M&E systems, cleaning, security, landscaping, and pest control.
- Supervise vendors, ensuring maintenance work meets contract requirements.
- Conduct inspections, address issues, and recommend improvements.
- Prepare reports, manage budgets, and oversee procurement processes.
- Drive sustainability initiatives and ensure compliance with SCDF regulations.
- Liaise with authorities for licensing and maintain proper documentation.
- Manage tenant relationships, including fit-out, renovations, and feedback.


Key Requirements:
- Degree in Building Management or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
