We are currently working with a leading A1 main Contractor at the forefront of BIM Technology here in Singapore to bring onboard a BIM Lead that will be directly responsible for the project and several BIM modellers under him/her. If you are successful in this role, you will be working closely with one of the thoughtleaders in the BIM industry here in Singapore, with a management that is supportive and willing to invest in the future of digitalisation of the Construction Industry.

Responsibilities:

• Competent in Modelling and coordination works (architectural, structural, MEP) 

• Competent in the modelling software (e.g Autodesk Revit)

• Competent to handle site queries (e.g technical, legislation) 

• Competent to conduct VDC 

• Responsible for all the site BIM Activities 

• Lead the BIM Modelers in their scope of works aligned with site activities

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years of experience 

• Preferably with relevant experience in CW01 A1 Main Contractor (>$85M)

• Singaporean/PRs preferred due to work pass quotas.
