We are seeking an experienced BIM Modeller/Manager to join our team, working on high-profile data center construction projects globally. As a BIM Modeller/Manager, you will play a crucial role in creating and managing digital twins of our data center projects, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure accurate, timely, and high-quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage digital twins: Develop and maintain accurate, detailed, and data-rich BIM models of data center projects, incorporating architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams: Work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and project managers to ensure seamless integration of BIM models with project designs, plans, and schedules.
- Develop and implement BIM standards: Establish and maintain company-wide BIM standards, protocols, and best practices, ensuring consistency and quality across projects.
- Coordinate with project stakeholders: Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure BIM models meet project requirements and expectations.
- Perform clash detection and resolution: Identify and resolve clashes between different building systems and components, ensuring accurate and constructible BIM models.
- Develop and maintain BIM content libraries: Create and maintain libraries of standardized BIM content, including families, templates, and schedules, to support efficient project delivery.
- Support project planning and scheduling: Provide BIM data and insights to support project planning, scheduling, and cost estimation, ensuring accurate and informed decision-making.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments: Participate in industry events, conferences, and training sessions to stay current with the latest BIM technologies, trends, and best practices.

Key Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in BIM modeling, with a focus on data center or large-scale commercial projects.
- Software skills: Proficient in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and other BIM software. Experience with data management tools, such as Autodesk BIM 360, is desirable.
- Certifications: Certification in Autodesk Revit or other BIM software is advantageous.
- Communication and collaboration: Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
