We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team of explorers and innovators in the luxury hospitality design industry. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base, fostering strategic partnerships, and driving growth in the ever-evolving luxury hospitality market.


Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the luxury hospitality sector, with a focus on high-end resorts, hotels, and unique hospitality experiences.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, including hotel owners, developers, and hospitality brands.
- Collaborate with our design teams to create compelling pitches and presentations that showcase our unique approach to hospitality design.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and innovations to inform our business strategies and design approaches.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to expand our brand presence and generate leads.
- Work closely with the leadership team to develop and implement growth strategies aligned with our vision of creating meaningful, respectful, and memorable spaces.
- Negotiate contracts and manage the sales process from initial contact through to project commencement.
- Analyze market data and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and refine our business development strategies.

Key Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in the hospitality design industry.
- Those with relevant professional experience in the field of hospitality design and construction.
- Existing network pool available.
- Strong talent in designing, design development and project management for hospitality design projects
- Ability to think strategically, implement change, enforce policy and resolve conflicts
