We are currently representing multiple local and multinational workplace Design and Build organizations which are rapidly expanding, to look for Business Development Managers to join their expanding studios to serve their increasing pool of corporate clients ranging from mid-scale organizations to Fortune 500 companies.
Job Responsibilities:
-Drive business development efforts, acquire new clients and manage sales targets.
-Gather market intelligence, including information on clients and competitors in the Workplace Market Sector, industry trends, future projects, etc.
-Generate and track leads and forecast your sales efforts to create new bookings.
-Develop and take part in pitches and other presentations that meet the client’s needs and expectations.
-Work closely with the Team to complete the sales cycle.-Collaborate in developing the systems, materials, and resources necessary for business development, including proposals, presentations, and serving offerings to win work.
-Representing the company in targeting potential clients, project partners, and collaborators; identifying opportunities; building relationships; and creating direct and indirect advocacy affiliations to expand the company’s competitive position.
Job Requirements:
-Experience in managing complex sales cycles with B2B selling process to multinational companies in Singapore.
-Experience working in Architecture, Interior Design firms or related fields.
-Someone who is hungry, driven, excited about sales and keen to learn.
