Key Responsibilities:

Key Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the design and build or construction industry
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets
- Strong network in the industry, with established relationships with key clients and decision-makers
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to develop and execute business strategies
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience working in a design and build or construction company
- Knowledge of the Singapore market and industry trends
