Our client is one of the largest F&B chain globally. They are currently in expansion into the Asia Pacific region. The region generates grossed over SGD1.5 billion in sales with close to 2000 stores.

This would be a crucial role for someone who is looking working with a reputable brand and advancing their career forward. 

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with franchisees and managers to ensure high standards in product quality, service, and cleanliness.
 -Recommend and implement action plans to improve customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
- Serve as a liaison between Operations and other departments, providing insights and assisting in program development, including new products, marketing, and operational training.
- Promote the use of the Balance Scorecard to drive improvements and support franchise operations in achieving sales and profitability goals.
- Ensure compliance with operational, customer service, hygiene, safety, maintenance, and administrative procedures.
- Communicate company strategies and objectives to franchisees and field personnel.
- Stay informed on Franchisee Operations teams' plans to support regional commitments.
- Maximize sales growth opportunities through operational excellence and marketing promotions.
- Coordinate and conduct regional events and forums to build a strong franchisee operations culture.
- Conduct operations training and support the rollout of regional and corporate initiatives.

Key Requirements:

- Degree/Masters with over 10 years of progressive experience focusing on Brand standards, third-party vendor management, and project management.
- Experience in regional roles, relationship building, and influencing across functional lines in a matrix organization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and possess strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
