We are currently representing a leading real estate development firm specializing in creating vibrant and dynamic retail spaces. With a diverse portfolio of shopping malls, commercial complexes, and mixed-use developments, we are committed to delivering exceptional retail experiences that enhance communities and drive economic growth.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Casual Leasing Executive to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in identifying and securing retail leasing opportunities at both the group level and within our shopping malls. As a Casual Leasing Executive, you will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with retailers, negotiating lease agreements, and ensuring the success of our retail tenants.


Key responsibilities
  • Identify prospective tenants and conduct site viewings with them, thereafter, dealing with any follow-ups with prospect
  • Lead negotiations for new leases of portfolio, renewals, expansions, and consolidations of assigned building clusters
  • Translate leads / opportunities into deal closures
  • Develop new business opportunities and cross-sell products to customers and their business partners
  • Work with asset managers to maximise building occupancy/revenue
  • Develop and work with the marketing team to implement marketing strategies
  • Monitor market trends on supply and demand of business space
  • Build networking channels with tenants and agents
  • Be overall “Brand Ambassador” to enhance brand equity
     
Commercial and Financial Acumen
  • Forecast revenue routinely through portfolio and lease assessments
  • Prepare rental reports, cash flows and analysing variances
  • Initiate and close-out transactions to meet target plan
  • Understand asset profitability to contribute solutions to improve whilst meeting tenant occupational needs
Requirements
  • CEA RES license holders will be favorably considered
  • Preferably minimum 1 year relevant experience in similar capacity
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
  • Possess positive disposition and resourcefulness and a team player
