Headquartered in Singapore, the team is expanding our presence in Southeast Asia and seeking an experienced Country Manager to lead our growth in Thailand.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Country Manager to lead our business operations in Thailand. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies to drive growth, expand our customer base, and establish our brand as a market leader in Thailand's interior design industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth, revenue, and market
share in Thailand
- Lead and manage a team of sales, marketing, and customer service
professionals to achieve business objectives
- Establish and maintain relationships with key customers, architects, interior
designers, and industry partners
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and
challenges in the Thai market
- Collaborate with our Singapore headquarters to align business strategies, share best practices, and leverage resources
- Manage budget, forecast sales, and ensure profitability of the Thai operation
- Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and company policies

Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development in the interior design, architecture, or construction industry
- Proven track record of driving business growth, revenue, and market share in
Thailand
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in leading cross-
functional teams
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in English and
Thai
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills
-This role will be based in Thailand and could expect occasional travel to the
Singapore HQ
