We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Creative Design Director to lead the design team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional creativity and strong management skills, driving the development of innovative workplace design solutions.


Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the creative direction for all workplace design projects.
- Develop and present innovative design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
- Oversee and mentor the design team, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.
- Coordinate with project managers to ensure design integrity throughout the project lifecycle.
- Review and approve design plans, drawings, and specifications.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and ensure their vision is realized.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting client relationships.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a creative leadership role, preferably in workplace design.
- Strong management and team leadership skills.
- Exceptional creativity and ability to develop innovative design solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
