Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Intelligence: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs, preferences, and pain points to inform business strategies.
- Data-Driven Insights: Analyze customer data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth, improvement, and innovation.
- CRM Leadership: Own and manage the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and actionable insights.
