We're looking for a results-driven Sales and Business Development Manager to identify and pursue new business opportunities, build strategic relationships, and drive revenue growth for our hyperscale data center services. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the data center industry, exceptional sales and business development skills, and a strong network within the cloud, enterprise, and telecommunications sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development (60%):
- Develop and execute sales strategies to target cloud providers, enterprises, and telecommunications companies.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, RFPs, and tenders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, decision-makers, and influencers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customized solutions and proposals.
- Negotiate and close deals, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Market Development and Intelligence (20%):
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market analysis, and competitor activity.
- Develop and maintain market insights, reporting on emerging opportunities and threats.
- Identify strategic partnerships and alliances to expand our ecosystem.
Customer Relationship Management (10%):
- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through regular engagement.
- Gather customer feedback to improve services and inform product development.
Team Collaboration and Strategy (10%):
- Work closely with the executive team to develop and refine business strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align sales efforts.
- Provide sales feedback and market insights to inform product development.
Key Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in sales and business development within the data center, cloud, or telecommunications industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong network within the cloud, enterprise, and telecommunications sectors.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinker with analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Fluency in English (additional languages highly desirable).
- Experience working with hyperscale data center providers or cloud companies.
- Knowledge of data center operations, design, and technology.
- Professional certifications (e.g., CDCP, CDA, or ITIL).
- Experience working in APAC regions.
