We seek an experienced and talented Development Manager to join our Logistics and Industrial team in Seoul, Korea. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving our development strategy, identifying and executing projects, and growing our portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate potential development sites and opportunities in logistics and industrial sectors.
- Conduct feasibility studies, market analysis, and financial modeling to support development decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, construction, and operations to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including local authorities, contractors, and consultants.
- Secure necessary permits and approvals for development projects.
- Manage development budgets, schedules, and resources.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes impacting logistics and industrial sectors.
- Participate in investment committee meetings to present development opportunities and progress updates.

Key Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in logistics and industrial development, construction, or real estate.
- Proven track record of delivering development projects on time and within budget.
- Strong understanding of Korean logistics and industrial markets.
- Excellent project management, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in English and Korean (written and spoken).
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Construction, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., LEED AP, PMP) preferred.
- Experience working with global institutional private equity real estate funds.
- Familiarity with Korean regulatory environment and development laws.
- Knowledge of sustainable development practices and ESG principles.
