We are currently representing a Singapore based D&B firm, specialising in workplace design.
They are rapidly expanding in the SEA region, and are looking for a Business Development Director to join their office in KL, Malaysia. 


Key responsibility:
- Develop plans to identify, target, and secure corporate clients.
- Actively acquire new clients to grow the customer portfolio.
- Create tailored proposals for different sectors to enhance client engagement.
- Ensure effective communication between clients, designers, and other stakeholders to exceed client expectations.
- Develop materials that effectively communicate the company’s offerings and benefits.
- Assist in planning events aimed at promoting products/services and expanding market reach.
- Take responsibility for achieving and delivering on sales targets.
- Ensure all drawings and proposals are completed punctually to support client acquisition.
- Assist in various aspects of sales operations to facilitate achievement of targets.
- Maintain and enhance relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

Key qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in business development or sales, preferably in the workplace design and build industry or a related sector.
- Strong understanding of sales techniques, lead generation, and client management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and develop innovative approaches to business growth.
- Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently to meet targets and deadlines.
- Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Willingness to travel regionally as required for client meetings and industry events.
