Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and oversee a team of contractors in executing scheduled and ad-hoc maintenance tasks.
- Lead and supervise the operations team in managing the overall upkeep, maintenance, and operation of the property and facilities.
- Oversee building facilities, including asset enhancement initiatives, contractor supervision, client liaison, and facilities operations.
- Address client feedback and service requests, coordinating with contractors on all maintenance-related matters.
- Gather, analyze, and report operational data to drive continuous improvements.
- Ensure fire safety compliance and conduct fire and emergency drills.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisors or clients.

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Engineering, Building Science, Estate Management, or Facilities Management (FM), with at least 5 years of experience in facilities management.
OR Diploma in the same fields with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
- Experience working in China is an advantage.
- Must be willing to relocate and work in Shanghai.
- Proficient in English (written and spoken) and conversant in the local language.
- Dynamic, proactive, and able to lead a team effectively.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills.
- High level of initiative, integrity, and resilience under work pressure.
- Solid technical knowledge in M&E systems and building maintenance.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact at all levels.
