Key Responsibilities:
Business Development (40%):
- Develop and execute business growth strategies to expand our client base and services.
- Foster relationships with existing clients, hotel operators, developers, and industry partners.
- Identify new market opportunities, trends, and emerging sectors.
- Lead proposal development, pitches, and presentations.
Operations Management (30%):
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient project delivery and quality standards.
- Manage and mentor a team of designers, architects, and project managers.
- Implement processes and systems to enhance productivity and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards.
Leadership and Strategy (30%):
- Collaborate with the board of directors to define company vision and strategy.
- Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics.
- Drive innovation, staying abreast of industry trends and best practices.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.
Key Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in hospitality, design, or a related field.

- Strategic thinker with analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Design, Business, or a related field.
