We are currently working exclusively with a leading real estate investor and developer with a strong commitment to innovation and diversification. As part of our strategic growth initiatives, the company is seeking a dynamic and visionary individual to spearhead the establishment of a carpark gantry system. This system will not only optimize the management of its self-owned carpark units but also explore opportunities to manage third-party carpark units, thereby creating a new revenue stream for the company.


Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Develop a comprehensive strategy for implementing the carpark gantry system, including market analysis, feasibility studies, and revenue projections.
- System Setup: Oversee the setup and installation of the carpark gantry system across our portfolio of properties, ensuring seamless integration and optimal functionality.
- Partnership Development: Identify and establish partnerships with other real estate developers to manage their carpark units using our gantry system, negotiating mutually beneficial agreements.
- Revenue Generation: Drive the development and execution of revenue generation strategies through the effective utilization of the carpark gantry system, maximizing income potential for both self-owned and third-party carpark units.
- Operational Management: Implement robust operational processes and procedures for the efficient management of the carpark gantry system, including maintenance, troubleshooting, and customer service.
- Compliance and Regulation: Stay abreast of relevant regulations and compliance requirements related to carpark management and ensure full adherence to legal standards and industry best practices.
- Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing team dedicated to the successful implementation and management of the carpark gantry system, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.

Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or equivalent preferred.
- Proven track record of at least 7 years in senior leadership roles within the real estate, property management, or technology sectors, with a focus on business development and revenue generation.
- Strong understanding of carpark management systems, technology solutions, and industry trends.
- Exceptional strategic planning and analytical skills, with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans and measurable results.
- Demonstrated experience in negotiating and structuring partnerships and agreements with third-party entities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.
