We are currently representing a leading international data center operator, committed to delivering reliable and innovative infrastructure solutions to support the digital transformation needs of businesses worldwide. We are currently seeking a highly skilled High Voltage Project Manager to oversee the delivery of critical high voltage infrastructure projects for our data center facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of high voltage infrastructure projects, including substations, from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
- Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, including engineers, contractors, and vendors, to achieve project objectives and deliverables.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track progress against milestones, identifying and addressing any deviations or risks to ensure project success.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, industry standards, and safety protocols throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to coordinate project activities, resolve issues, and optimize project delivery.
- Conduct regular project meetings and provide timely updates to stakeholders on project status, risks, and mitigation strategies.
- Manage procurement activities, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and supplier performance evaluation, to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
- Utilize strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to address technical challenges, resolve conflicts, and keep the project on track.
- Maintain a strong focus on quality assurance and attention to detail to ensure that all aspects of the project meet established standards and requirements.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence in project execution and delivery.

Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with a focus on high voltage (22kv-66kv) infrastructure projects, particularly substations.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Thorough understanding of electrical engineering principles, high voltage systems, and industry standards.
- Experience navigating regulatory requirements and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PE) are a plus.
- Prior experience in the data center industry is advantageous but not required.
