We are seeking an accomplished Hospitality Property General Manager to provide advisory work to our team during the design and construction phase of our hospitality development. Your expertise will ensure a perfect pre-opening and a seamless transition to operations after the hotel is commissioned. As a General Manager, you will oversee the entire property, driving revenue growth, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
Pre-Opening and Project Development:
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure seamless integration of design, construction, and operational requirements.
- Provide expert advice on hospitality operations, brand standards, and regulatory compliance.
Property Operations:
- Oversee the entire property, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and engineering.
- Drive revenue growth through strategic pricing, yield management, and sales and marketing initiatives.
- Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction, achieving high levels of quality, service, and cleanliness.
Leadership and Team Management:
- Lead and motivate a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and collaboration.
- Recruit, train, and develop talent to ensure a skilled and knowledgeable team.
Financial Management:
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure optimal financial performance.
- Implement cost-saving initiatives and revenue-enhancing strategies.
Brand Compliance and Quality Assurance:
- Ensure adherence to brand standards, operating procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of hospitality experience, with at least 5 years as a General Manager or equivalent.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and financial management skills.
- Proficient in hospitality software, including property management systems (PMS) and revenue management systems.
