Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop concept sketches, renderings, and presentations for luxury retail projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and clients
- Conduct site analyses, space planning, and materials selection
- Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design software, and technologies
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to team growth

Key Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in luxury retail interior design (Senior Interior Designer: 6+ years)
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field
- Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in English and Japanese (highly desirable)
