Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate investment opportunities in residential and commercial office assets
- Conduct financial feasibility studies, market research, and due diligence
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, finance, and legal
- Prepare investment proposals, market reports, and presentation materials
- Perform valuations and asset management tasks to optimize portfolio performance

Key Requirements:
- Degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in real estate investment, development, or asset management
- Strong understanding of real estate valuation methodologies and asset management principles
- Excellent financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
