We are seeking an experienced Investment Director to join our team in Seoul, South Korea. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our investment efforts in South Korea, with a focus on logistics real estate assets. This is a senior leadership role that requires a strong track record of investing in real estate assets, as well as excellent networking and deal-making skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute investment strategies for logistics real estate assets in South Korea
- Source and evaluate new investment opportunities, including on- and off-market deals
- Lead due diligence efforts on potential investments, including financial, legal, and operational analysis
- Negotiate and structure investment deals, including joint ventures and partnerships
- Work closely with our global investment team to share best practices and leverage resources
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, developers, and industry partners
- Provide market insights and intelligence to inform investment decisions
Key Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in real estate investing, with a focus on logistics assets
- Strong track record of investing in South Korea, with a deep understanding of the local market
- Excellent networking and deal-making skills, with a strong network of contacts in the industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in financial modeling and due diligence
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions
- Fluent in Korean and English
- Experience working with global private equity firms or institutional investors
