We are currently representing a leading international private equity real estate firm specializing in diversified real estate sectors. We are seeking an experienced Investment Director to join our team and expand our presence in South Korea.
We are looking for a seasoned Investment Director with a strong track record of originating and executing real estate deals in South Korea. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in real estate private equity, with a cumulative deal value of close to $1 billion. As a rainmaker, the Investment Director will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new investment opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and contributing to the growth and success of our firm in South Korea.

Key Responsibilities:
- Originate and execute real estate deals in South Korea, with a focus on diversified sectors such as office, retail, logistics, and hospitality
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, developers, and industry partners
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the South Korean real estate market
- Collaborate with our global investment team to share knowledge, best practices, and deal opportunities
- Represent the firm in industry events, conferences, and meetings
Contribute to the development of our firm's strategy and growth plans in South Korea
Key Requirements:
- At least 10 years of experience in real estate private equity, with a focus on South Korea
- Cumulative deal value of close to $1 billion
- Strong track record of originating and executing deals
- Excellent relationships with key stakeholders in the South Korean real estate market
- Strong knowledge of the South Korean real estate market, including trends, regulations, and opportunities
- Fluency in English and Korean (written and spoken)
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as real estate, finance, or business administration
- MBA or other advanced degree preferred
