Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic investment plans, including capital recycling and asset management strategies
- Source, evaluate, and execute investment opportunities, including deal origination, due diligence, and transaction structuring
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis, develop financial models, and prepare investment memos and presentations
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive deal execution and asset management
- Monitor and enhance the performance of investment properties, preparing comprehensive reports and recommendations

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in real estate investments, with a focus on acquisitions and asset management
- Proven expertise in financial analysis, modeling, and transaction structuring
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a high-performing team
- Strong work ethic, self-motivated, and results-driven
- Proficient in financial modeling tools, MS Office, and other relevant software
