We are currently working with an international real estate developer with a strong establishment in Vietnam and is seeking an experienced Leasing Manager to join the team in Ho Chi Minh City. As a key member of our Investment & Asset Management department, you will play a crucial role in driving our leasing activities and contributing to the growth of our business in Vietnam.

Key Responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, tenants, and business partners
- Negotiating rental packages and contracts with potential and existing tenants
- Coordinating with tenants and internal teams to ensure smooth fit-out and property management processes
- Conducting market research and providing insights on market trends and competitor activity
- Preparing reports and forecasts on leasing activities and market performance

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Management, Business, Marketing, or equivalent
- At least 5 years of experience in real estate leasing activities, with a minimum of 3 years' experience in ready-built warehouses in Vietnam
- Strong knowledge of the Vietnam real estate market and excellent networking skills
- Fluency in English and Vietnamese, with Chinese language skills being a plus
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
