As a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager - Japan, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, leading budgeting and forecasting processes, and providing strategic financial insights to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including consolidation and reporting for Japan entities
- Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes, aligning with strategic objectives
- Provide strategic financial insights and analytical support for business growth initiatives
- Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, marketing, and investment

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field
- Professional certifications such as JICPA, ACCA, or ICAEW preferred
- 7-10 years of relevant experience in financial planning and analysis
- Business-level proficiency in Japanese and English
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial modeling, and PowerPoint
