Our client is a leading global real asset manager overseeing a substantial asset base and funds under management across various regions, including Asia Pacific, Europe, and the USA. The firm managed S$134 billion in assets and S$100 billion in funds through multiple investment vehicles, including listed trusts and private funds. Their diverse portfolio spans retail, office, lodging, business parks, industrial, logistics, self-storage, and data centers.


Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee strategies for properties situated in the Oceania, Europe and Americas. 
- Collaborate with overseas operations to develop asset plans and maximize portfolio value through strategies for marketing, leasing, property management, asset enhancement, and sustainability.
- Monitor and analyze the financial and operational performance of portfolios, working with partners (asset managers, leasing/account managers, property managers) to optimize efficiency and performance, and -achieve business and sustainability goals.
- Review overseas reports and approval submissions.
 -Oversee the annual valuation of properties in the portfolio.
- Align policies and processes of overseas operations with headquarters.

Key Requirements:
- Degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or related field.
 -At least 6 years of relevant experience in the real estate industry, preferably with expertise in managing business space, industrial, or logistics assets.
- Familiarity with real estate markets, valuation methodologies, and asset management.
- Strong analytical and financial skills.
 -Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
 -Ability to work collaboratively across various organizational teams toward aligned objectives.
