Key Responsibilities:
- Manage MEP projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and internal teams
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams, providing guidance and expertise to ensure project success
- Oversee project planning, design, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, industry standards, and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements, preferences, and expectations
- Manage project budgets, resources, and risks to ensure successful project outcomes
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in MEP project management, with a focus on critical infrastructure and Electrical Engineering
- Proven experience in managing complex stakeholder relationships and leading project teams
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, including electrical, mechanical, and plumbing
- Experience in workplace fit-outs and large-scale commercial projects
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
- Professional certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2) or engineering (PE) is desirable
