Key Responsibilities:
Regulatory Compliance and Property Maintenance
- Ensure regulatory compliance and timely renewal of statutory licenses for properties.
- Maintain properties, equipment, and fittings according to operating procedures and requirements.
- Project manage minor AEIs, repairs, maintenance, and ad-hoc works.
- Prepare and manage annual OPEX and CAPEX budgets.
Procurement and Contract Management
- Evaluate and recommend contracts under facilities management.
- Ensure procurement processes adhere to company policy.
Tenant Management
- Foster positive relationships with tenants and address tenant-related matters.
- Oversee Permit to Work issuance.
Reporting and Record Keeping
- Submit accurate and timely reports.
- Maintain proper documentary records of maintenance and service reports.
Leadership and ESG
- Manage and guide facility management staff.
- Drive Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering,
- Building/Facilities Management, Real Estate Management, or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of facilities management experience.
- Advantageous: experience in project managing AEIs, reviewing rates and costs, troubleshooting M&E systems, and industrial building management.
- Knowledge of Singapore Standards and relevant statutory requirements.
- Ability to respond to emergencies during odd hours.
- Proven leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Project management certification.
- Experience with facility management software.
- Knowledge of sustainability and ESG principles.
