We're currently working with an International Developer with a base in Indonesia to seek for a seasoned Property Manager to join our team for an exciting development project. The ideal candidate will bring comprehensive property management expertise, including:
- Strategic advice and operational support
- MEP knowledge and coordination with stakeholders
- Deep understanding of construction, property operations, and financial planning
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic advice and proposals to the Project Management team and project owners
- Facilitate discussions with property owners and support decision-making processes
- Review construction-related documents from a property management perspective
- Develop financial estimations and property management plans
- Advise on operational team structure and prepare property management tender documents
- Attend handover sessions and prepare reports and presentations
- Manage document control and support leasing, marketing, and administrative activities
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Business Administration, or equivalent fields
- Minimum 10 years of experience in property management setup and operation, preferably in large building complex developments
- Strong understanding of property operations, financial planning, and MEP
- Proficiency in property management software and tools
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with fluency in English (additional language skills a plus)
