Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective leasing strategies to achieve business objectives
- Manage a portfolio of clients, including landlords, tenants, and investors
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay ahead of industry trends
- Negotiate lease agreements and ensure successful deal closures
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners
- Lead and mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and innovation

Key Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in retail leasing, property management, or a related field
- Proven track record of success in leasing negotiations and deal closures
- In-depth knowledge of the Singapore retail market and leasing regulations
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Experience with a Real Estate Developer or Retail Operator is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field
