We are currently representing a highly respected interior design consulting firm, specializing in the creation of customized spaces for commercial, retail, hospitality, and residential purposes, and is currently in search of a Business Development Manager to join our team based in Singapore. Reporting directly to the Group Managing Director in Singapore, you will collaborate closely with the Business Development Director to establish robust sales pipelines and cultivate key relationships within the Commercial Office space network.

Your new role involves being the primary driver of sales revenue and client acquisition within the Commercial Office Interior Design (ID) Fit Out sector for the Singapore region. Responsibilities also include overseeing new business expansions, fostering brand awareness, managing budgets, securing projects, and serving as the initial point of contact for the organization's clients. These efforts are geared towards providing client-centric solutions for multinational and local companies across Southeast Asia.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and formulate sales business plans to enhance market share and execute the growth strategy, considering opportunities and market conditions.
- Collaborate closely with interior designers, the marketing team, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to acquire resources for business development and submission participation.
- Expand and maintain the current business portfolio, identify new market opportunities and high-potential clients, implement sales strategies, and achieve sales targets.
- Enhance the business's reputation and stakeholder confidence, driving brand awareness and loyalty.
- Work closely with the team to devise growth strategies, participate in sales pitches and presentations, secure invitations for RFP/Tenders, and prepare proposals, quotations, RFP, and tender responses.
- Negotiate and finalize new business deals while coordinating contract requirements with business operations.
- Attend meetings from design briefing to project completion stages.
- Ensure that all activities within the area of responsibility comply with current legal and company-specific regulations, and optimize and maintain the CRM system.

Key Requirements:
- At least 5 years of work experience specializing in Business Development for Interior Design or Interior Architecture, particularly in the Commercial Office ID Fit-Out space.
- Sales-driven and target-driven experience with client management and relationship activities, preferably in a professional services environment, possessing a strong network within the commercial office design space.
- Strong communication skills for advocating and presenting ideas to clients, with Mandarin-speaking abilities being an added advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, particularly MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
- Self-starter, driven, and able to thrive in fast-changing or ambiguous environments.
- Expansion of your work scope and experience within the creative edge of interior design for Commercial Office spaces.
