We're currently working with a APAC centric hyper-scale Data Centre in seeking an experienced Senior Design Manager to spearhead the design and construction teams in delivering cutting-edge, customer-centric hyperscale solutions across Asia Pacific.

As a technical lead, you'll drive engineering excellence, ensure timely project delivery, and foster collaborative relationships with top cloud and enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead multidisciplinary design teams from inception to delivery of multi-MW hyperscale projects
- Develop and present comprehensive design solutions to customers, peers, and management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Technology and Customer Teams
- Drive continuous engineering solutions and innovation across the business
- Ensure design philosophy and approach consistency across projects
- Coordinate technical aspects of direct procured equipment and facilitate design team alignment
- Develop commercial models and analyze engineering decisions' cost implications

Key Requirements:
- 15+ years of experience in design and project delivery, preferably in data centre operations
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related field)
- Proven hyperscale and cloud experience in the Asia Pacific market
- Strong leadership and strategic thinking
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to adapt to changing directions and make informed decisions
- Willingness to travel regularly within APAC regions
