The Senior Facilities Manager will oversee the maintenance, operations, and management of industrial properties within their portfolio. The ideal candidate will ensure that all facilities meet safety, compliance, and performance standards, and will implement strategies to maximize asset value and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of industrial facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
- Ensure properties are compliant with all safety regulations and company policies.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime and extend asset life.
- Prepare and manage operating budgets for each property, ensuring cost control and financial efficiency.
- Monitor and report on financial performance, including variances and forecasts.
- Coordinate with the finance department for capital expenditures and budget approvals.
- Select and manage service providers and contractors for maintenance, repairs, and other facility services.
- Negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effective and high-quality services.
- Monitor contractor performance and compliance with terms and conditions.
- Supervise and lead a team of facilities personnel, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations.
- Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Develop and implement facilities management strategies aligned with the client's goals and objectives.
- Manage capital projects, including renovations and upgrades, from planning to completion.
 -Conduct regular assessments to identify opportunities for improvements and cost savings.

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in facilities management, preferably in industrial real estate.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, and safety regulations.
- Proven experience in budget management and financial analysis.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management capabilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and facilities management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
