We are currently representing a global real estate developer in seeking an experienced and accomplished Senior Legal Counsel to provide comprehensive legal support to our company's day-to-day operations, focusing on corporate real estate and construction matters. As a trusted advisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our company's compliance with prevailing laws and regulations, mitigating legal risks, and driving business growth. This role will be based in Indonesia.


Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert legal advice and support on corporate real estate and construction matters
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents and agreements
- Develop and implement internal policies for compliance with laws and regulations
- Ensure timely execution of deals and corporate actions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business objectives
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and conduct training sessions for colleagues
- Assist in legal due diligence, litigation, and arbitration matters

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law (Economic Law) from a reputable university
- Indonesian BAR (PERADI) license
- At least 8 years of experience in corporate real estate practice and construction law
- Proven legal skills, with a strong academic history
- FIDIC training certification and experience with FIDIC contracts (added value)
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Excellent legal analytical, document drafting, and conflict resolution skills
- Commercial mindset, with a drive to deliver high-quality results
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
