Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage large-scale, high-value workplace fit-out projects from inception to completion, ensuring project goals, schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, resource allocation plans, and risk management strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring projects meet their expectations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including design, construction, and operations teams, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Conduct site visits, monitor progress, and address any site-related issues promptly.
- Manage and coordinate with external stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and regulatory authorities.
- Develop and manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial targets are met.
- Identify and mitigate risks, developing and implementing contingency plans as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Mentor and guide junior project managers, sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance team capabilities.
- Contribute to the development of project management processes, procedures, and standards, driving continuous improvement and excellence.

Key Requirements:
- Degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in project management, preferably in the construction or fit-out industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, complex projects, with a strong focus on client satisfaction, budget control, and timely delivery.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholder relationships effectively.
- Strong project management skills, including project planning, risk management, budgeting, and scheduling.
- Proficient in project management software and tools, such as MS Project, Asana, Trello, or similar.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple projects and deadlines.
- Professional certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is desirable.
