We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the team. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in providing expert quantity surveying services to our clients, managing projects, and leading teams. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert quantity surveying services, including cost planning, tendering, and contract administration
- Lead and manage projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for business growth
- Lead and mentor junior quantity surveyors, providing guidance and support to aid their professional development
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, architects, and engineers
- Conduct site visits, monitor progress, and identify potential risks and opportunities
- Develop and implement project-specific procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards
- Prepare and submit project reports, including cost reports, progress reports, and final accounts
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory changes

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
- Professional membership (e.g., MRICS, FRICS) or working towards membership
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in quantity surveying, with at least 3-5 years in a senior role
- Proven track record of managing projects, leading teams, and delivering results in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills
- Proficient in industry-standard software, including MS Office, Excel, and project management tools
- Strong business development and marketing skills, with the ability to identify new business opportunities
