We are currently working with a renowned real estate developer and retail operator in seeking an experienced and skilled Retail Leasing Specialist to join our team in Singapore. As a key member of our leasing team, you will be responsible for maintaining strong landlord-tenant relationships, analyzing tenant performance, and identifying opportunities for growth and expansion. Key Responsibilities:
- Foster positive relationships with tenants and track their performance
- Engage in regular meetings with tenants to understand their needs and provide support
- Liaise with tenants on leasing matters, complaints, and operational feedback
- Ensure compliance with lease terms and property tax commitments
- Analyze sales data and provide insightful reports to management
- Lead the team in providing guidance and mentorship
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting, forecasting, and leasing initiatives

Key Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Estate Management, Building, Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in retail leasing or management
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Strong understanding of the real estate and retail industries
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure with tight deadlines
