As a Utilities Tunneling Project Manager, you will lead and manage directional tunneling projects for utility infrastructure, ensuring timely, within-budget, and high-quality delivery. You will oversee project planning, execution, and monitoring, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage directional tunneling projects for utility infrastructure (e.g., water, sewage, gas, electricity)
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Lead and coordinate site teams, including subcontractors and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental requirements
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
- Analyze project performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement lessons learned

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in tunneling projects, with a focus on directional tunneling
- Proven track record of successfully managing tunneling projects in Germany or similar markets
- Strong knowledge of German tunneling regulations, standards, and best practices
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
