Job Description

・ Creation of business strategy and business plan, and formulation of Go To Market measures

・ Site selection (collaboration with land sourcing team)

・ Project balance simulation and model management

・ Business development (including collaboration study with partner candidate companies)

・ Business progress Management (business forecast management/ market research)

Job Requirements

・ Experience in business strategy, business plan, partnership building, etc. in DC or similar related business

・ Native level Japanese ability

・ Business level English ability
