About the Role:

-You'll have the chance to shine and make real impact in the Built Environment space quickly, with few barriers or constraints. That includes shaping your own revenue itself depending on your leanings and capacity. If you do find constraints, we want you to challenge them and help us be better.

-You already have the smarts and will have all the support you need to excel. But it will be your attitude that will make the difference. We can train you in the role, we cannot teach you to have that get up and go attitude. This is an opportunity for someone to excel and reach for the star.

-We are after a person who can create and do things with a wide variety of clients and candidates, and it requires a think-outside-the-box mentality.

-You will create enormous impact to our clients and candidates by managing the end-to-end recruitment process; from candidate sourcing and selection to business development to finalizing a placement, and client aftercare.

-To equip you with superstar recruiters’s skillsets, you will receive training and mentoring from Leading Consultants with years of experience in their field and grow an enviable client base.

-You will also have the opportunity for international travel to developing deeper relationships with clients and candidates through face-to-face meetings.
