Our client is currently looking for Director of HR, who will be a key strategic partner, advising leadership on HR matters while fostering a high-performance, engaged workforce. This role oversees HR operations, ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance with local regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs.
  • Advise leadership on workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development.
  • Oversee HR operations, including compensation, benefits, compliance, and employee relations.
  • Lead HR digital transformation and process improvements.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing HR team.

Key Requirements:

  • Degree in HR Management or Business.
  • 10+ years of HR experience, including 3+ years in leadership.
  • Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and ethical judgment.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
