We're currently representing a dynamic and growing fund management company focused on real estate investments in the APAC region. We're seeking an experienced Project Management & Development Director to lead the real estate development projects from planning to completion.
As Project Management & Development Director, you will oversee all aspects of real estate project development, ensuring timely, within-budget, and high-quality delivery. Your expertise will guide our projects from design development to construction management, sales coordination, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead real estate development projects from planning to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and market trends
- Manage all aspects of project development, including design, permitting, contract negotiations, budgeting, and construction management
- Develop and execute project plans, coordinating with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, construction regulations, and environmental regulations
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and quality standards
- Coordinate with in-house teams, including Finance, Investment, and Legal
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including authorities, consultants, and contractors
Key Requirements:
- 15+ years of experience in real estate development, project management, or a related field
- Strong track record of managing greenfield real estate development projects from design to completion
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Real Estate, or Business; MBA or related master's degree preferred
- Technical expertise in real estate development, project management, and construction management
- Familiarity with construction regulations, environmental regulations, and local business practices in the APAC region
- Fluency in written and spoken English; basic Japanese language skills a plus
