Key Responsibilities:

- End to end investment processes including the following

• Feasibility Studies

• Due Diligence

• Financial Modelling

• Crafting of Investment Memos

• Investment Committee Presentations

• Transactions underwriting to completion of Sales and Purchase Agreement

​

Requirements:

- Minimally 3-5 years of experience in real estate investment

- Experience in buy side Private Equities and developers, or have worked in the Big 4 Valuation Advisory team (As long as they have strong concept of Financial Modelling and Financial Concepts)
