Key Responsibilities
- Support the Fund Management team in transaction decisions, implementation, and overall management of fund management activities
- Conduct market research, analyze data, and prepare reports for senior management
- Track performance data and prepare regular reports on fund performance metrics
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and business development activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including acquisitions and asset management
- Contribute to financial modeling, investment structuring, and risk assessments
- Develop marketing materials and pitch strategies with senior management
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in fund management, investment analysis, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and financial modeling software
