​We are currently working with a global real estate investment and Development manager in looking for a Real Estate Acquisition Specialist. If you are successful in this role, you will be working closely with a very experienced team that allow you to learn and grow with the team. Job Responsibilities:

- Underwriting of transactions.

- Assist in drafting the Investment Committee Memorandum.

- Coordinate and perform Due Diligence for acquisitions.

- Make sure papers are monitored and stored in accordance with company policy.

- Acquisitions documentation/closing.

- A smooth transition from acquisition to asset management.

- Real estate transaction sourcing - build relationships to aid in the sourcing of new acquisition opportunities.

Job Requirements:

- A few years of real estate experience.

- Bachelor's degree in finance or a similar discipline with minimally 2-5 years of experience in related field.

- Firm understanding of financial concepts, analysis, and modelling.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Must be an independent worker who is organised and also works well in a team. 

- Native Japanese speaker. 

- Business level English.
